In September 2016 the Democracy Reporting International (DRI) proposed the Eötvös Károly Policy Institute to analyse the situation of the Constitutional Court in Hungary. DRI published the indicators that are based on EKINT's analysis - along with four other indicatiors of the rule of law - on their website in Hungarian and in English. This analysis of EKINT is partially based on a former research conducted by EKINT, the Hungarian Helsinki Committee and the Hungarian Civil Liberties' Union on the judging practice of the Constitutional Court from 2011 to 2014.
